EARNINGS PRINTS

Privacy Policy

Updated

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit https://earningsprints.com ("the site"). The site is operated by the independent publisher described on the about page. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect ourselves

  • Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser type. We use them to keep the site running, to find faults and to block abuse, and we delete them after a short rotation period.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address to answer you and to keep a record of corrections.
  • No accounts, no comments, no forms. The site has no user accounts and does not ask you to enter personal details.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself needs no cookies to display content. Cookies or similar identifiers are set by the advertising service below, and only after the choice described under "Your choices".

Advertising (Google AdSense)

The site shows advertising served by Google AdSense on pages that have been reviewed. Google and its advertising partners use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure ad performance and to prevent fraud. Where you have consented, they may use this information to personalise ads based on your activity on this and other sites. We do not receive that profile data and we do not sell personal data.

Measurement and delivery (Cloudflare, server logs)

The site is delivered through Cloudflare (content delivery and security). Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse and may keep its own logs; see https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ .

We count visits from our own server and CDN logs: the page, the time, the referrer and the country, including the utm parameters on links from our posts on X. No analytics cookies are set, and no analytics service such as Google Analytics is installed.

Links from X

Posts on X link to this site. We do not embed X posts or widgets on our pages, so X does not set cookies on our pages. What X collects when you use X is covered by X's own policy.

Your choices

  • Consent banner. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) before any advertising cookie is set. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time through the "Privacy settings" link shown in the footer of pages that carry advertising. Without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown, if any.
  • Ad settings. You can control personalised ads in your Google account at https://adssettings.google.com .
  • Industry opt-outs. https://www.aboutads.info/choices/ (US) and https://www.youronlinechoices.com (Europe) let you opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies.
  • Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still be readable.
  • Global Privacy Control and similar signals are honoured where our advertising partners support them.

For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and advertising cookies on the basis of your consent. You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your data-protection authority. Residents of California and some other US states have comparable rights to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information ourselves; the advertising technology described above may count as "sharing" under some state laws, and the choices above let you opt out. To exercise a right, write to [email protected].

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Retention and transfers

Server logs are kept briefly, emails for as long as needed to handle the matter and keep the corrections record. Google and other partners may process data in the United States and other countries under their own terms and safeguards.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes are announced on this page.

Not investment advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. See the footer on every page.
